Muse

SOLD

Meditations on Life and death...these are sketches really- incomplete. Words: Impermanance, Bewilderment, Ignorance.
Curtains obscuring the view, birds flitting by, through treetops, the morning of Steve's passing. We are impermanent...dissolving. I look for the sacred by waiting and praying with gratitude each morning.
Canvas 4 x 12 in, and paper 9x9 in

  1. Well i see she's back, gracing us with her poetry, serving us the bittersweets of her self reflections and her on-the-road perceptions, sharing her losses and her finds.
What a generous artist, in the best
of nature. Not to mention where she's pushing these recent paintings- each one clearing her lens, whipping her windshield, removing old reflections from the mirror do see brightly the new ones. She seems to excuse these expressions of immediacy as sketches, things incomplete, without realising herself,
the emotive quality of her voice.
    Thanks Tilly
