Owl and egg

A collage paper painting with lists. About 9 x 10 inches. I am intrigued by the backside of this owl. This is a collaboration with Michael Gellatly. We are playing around in each others work. He'll give me a fine drawing and I'll mess with it. Then he will make it fine again. For now...$100.

  1. I love it! I just want to clear something up for the readers. It's not I giving Tilly a fine drawing to mess up, but as seen in this painting,a straight forward owl illustration was turned into a poetic pickling, hopefully the egg's in a Martini and not in brine. Now, I don't know about you readers, but I see a collaboration as being an exchange, a dialog, a conversation!I give Tilly this drawing, she paints
into it, and Bingo! - she's already selling it. Isn't that like saying goodmorning to someone, and they immediately say goodnight?
    Just mess'n with you, Tilly
