Watching time go by with a painting a day and showing others where to look.

A semi-torturous day. Michael, that usually good-hearted man, bought a bike rack and whisked me off to the middle of the Everglades for a !% 15 MILE %#@ bike ride. There were alligators (MORE THAN WE COULD KEEP COUNT OF) on the path, and snakes, cool birds, and it rained, and my butt is killing me softly. He is lucky this isn't a first date.
Tilly Strauss is a New England painter recently relocated to the southern side of Miami. Her whimsical works both hide and reveal a domestic quietude with restless escapism. Contrived out of found text, poetry, paint and soul searching, her studio work is featured on the website www.tillystudio.com
Right now Tilly is taking a break from the daily painting to question her muse and teach others where to look.
