SOLDAnother version of the walled garden theme gone astray. It's interesting to me that within the process of collage, the maps and words re-route a piece, the subject shifts and mutates, and inevitably surprises me. It is almost as if stories emerge from my unconscious. The rooster was painted out. a little dirt path became an asphalt highway....where is the garden? I must try again.
Also- look how polite the hen is trying to be! And is "Life beyond" really just hitting the back wall of the box? 9 x 11 inches
