Kim Yantis walked a tour through the culminating residency art exhibition at
the Deering estate last night. Michael gave a nice talk to a good sized crowd, many friends included, about his 8 framed mixed media botanicals and his 6 giant news print sketches, all a semblance of "field notes". In the main room, his bouquet melted in the Miami evening. Lovely, humorous, colorful.
He's brilliant.
