I ran out of foam core and had to sew these scraps together to make one piece. It's kind of like making the best, making more, out of what little we may have. Art has the alchemical power to change outlooks, to nurture new ideas, and jump start the paralyzed heart.
I think I will stop now. Go for a trip. Celebrate my birthday in Paris. With or without divorce papers.
Return in a couple weeks.
yes yes yes! A wondrous finish to the series - for now. I am also going to Europe, 9-13 in London and 14-17 in Paris.

ReplyDeleteIt's too beautiful to be sad here in southern France... so finished or not I have to look in a different direction. I will be in Paris the 3-7th... think we will just miss a potential rendezvous!
