Still inspired by Micahel Pollan's book and netflix series, Cooked, I made some Haitian Pikliz this week. The cabbage, peppers, carrot, onion and garlic are fermenting in a seasoned vinegar bath! I am about to make some rice pudding or, in Creole, "Riz du Lait". Tonight I go to a potluck and hope everybody likes it.
